Defendants ask judge for dismissal

HARRISBURG, Pa. -- Three former Penn State administrators are urging a judge to dismiss all or parts of a criminal case that accuses them of covering up sexual abuse complaints and endangering children.

In lengthy filings released Wednesday, former university president Graham Spanier, retired athletic director Tim Curley and retired vice president Gary Schultz argued their right to legal representation was violated.
