New coach, offense, quarterback have UH on rise

HOUSTON -- Houston freshman Kevin Kolb had some rare advantages over most beginning college quarterbacks when he arrived on campus this fall. He knew the Cougars' intricate pass-oriented offense and the man implementing it.
