New Mexico tweaks personnel policies

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- The University of New Mexico has changed its human resources policies in the wake of an altercation involving football coach Mike Locksley.

University president David Schmidly said on Friday that personnel issues previously handled by the athletic department now must go through the school's Division of Human Resources.
