This has been one of the most entertaining Heisman races in recent history, with nearly a dozen players making a strong push for the award at various points throughout the season.

In the end, however, the field was narrowed to three. And, as is so often the case, the final impression appears to be the one that mattered most.

Robert Griffin III of the Baylor Bears is our predicted winner, pulling away from Andrew Luck of the Stanford Cardinal and Trent Richardson of the Alabama Crimson Tide on the final weekend. It was a close race down to the finish, but while Luck and Richardson were sitting at home, Griffin earned 11 points by leading Baylor to a win against the Texas Longhorns.

Amazingly, this is the only week of the season in which Griffin has topped the Predictor standings.

How does Griffin's performance stack up?
