Darryl Stonum dismissed from team
ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- Wide receiver Darryl Stonum has been dismissed from the Michigan football team for a violation of team rules.
The school announced the dismissal Tuesday, less than two weeks after Stonum was jailed for violating his probation. He was ticketed for driving on a revoked driver's license, which violated his probation following a May 2011 arrest for driving while visually impaired.
