Art Schlichter declines bond hearing
COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Ex-Ohio State and NFL quarterback Art Schlichter has given up his right to a hearing on allegations he violated his bond conditions in a fraud case by twice testing positive for cocaine and by refusing to provide urine samples.
Schlichter's decision Friday means he'll stay in prison until his sentencing in the fraud case. That hasn't yet been scheduled.
