QB Perry Hills out with torn ACL

Maryland starting quarterback Perry Hills has suffered a torn ACL and will be out for the season, the school announced Monday.

It's a devastating loss to a program that already had to replace two starting quarterbacks, as Danny O'Brien transferred to Wisconsin this past summer, and his backup, starter C.J. Brown, suffered a season-ending knee injury in August.
