Michael Richardson has surgery
COLLEGE STATION, Texas -- Texas A&M true freshman linebacker Michael Richardson underwent successful surgery on his spine and was released from St. Joseph's hospital on Monday, the school announced.
Richardson, a DeSoto (Texas) High School product, played most of the final two quarters of the Aggies' 47-28 win over Sam Houston State on Saturday, but complained of neck pain after the game.
