Tom Corbett defends reversal

STATE COLLEGE, Pa. -- Pennsylvania's governor is defending his change of heart on the NCAA sanctions imposed on Penn State over the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.
Gov. Tom Corbett filed a federal antitrust lawsuit against the NCAA on Wednesday for the heavy sanctions it imposed over the school's handling of accusations against the former assistant football coach. They included a $60 million fine and a four-year ban on participation in bowl games.
