Report: NCAA meets with Oregon

Oregon and former coach Chip Kelly appeared before the NCAA's committee on infractions Friday, according to an SI.com report.

SI.com, citing a source, reports that Kelly said Oregon used Willie Lyles and Houston-based Complete Scouting Services "the same way other schools do." According to the report, the committee is expected to make a decision on sanctions within 60 to 90 days.
