Colorado QB Webb, ex-lineman arrested for assault

BOULDER, Colo. -- Colorado quarterback Jordan Webb and former CU offensive lineman Alex Lewis have been charged with second-degree assault.

Athletic spokesman Dave Plati said the two were arrested early Saturday morning, but he declined to comment about the charges Sunday because he hadn't seen the arrest affidavit. The Boulder County Sheriff's Office did not immediately return a call for comment.
