Jeff Driskel undergoes appendectomy

GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Florida quarterback Jeff Driskel underwent an appendectomy at a Gainesville hospital Tuesday and could be sidelined up to two weeks, the school announced.

The Gators are scheduled to begin preseason practice on Friday.
