Dexter McDougle out for season

Maryland starting cornerback Dexter McDougle is out for the season after sustaining a shoulder injury Saturday against Connecticut.

McDougle had a career-best two interceptions in the Terrapins' 32-21 victory over the Huskies. He was injured when he bent low to make a tackle late in the game. Coach Randy Edsall said Sunday that McDougle will have surgery.
