Bryn Renner has shoulder surgery
CHAPEL HILL, N.C. -- North Carolina quarterback Bryn Renner had surgery Wednesday on his left shoulder for an injury that will keep him out the rest of the season.
Renner had surgery at UNC Hospitals to repair a detached labrum and broken bone suffered during last weekend's win at North Carolina State. The injury is to his non-throwing shoulder.
