Jordan TodmanRunning back | Connecticut
Jordan Todman's life reads almost like the script from the Hollywood film, "The Blind Side," and it has a happy ending, too. Todman was rescued by his Pop Warner football coach and his wife, who became Todman's legal guardians before high school.
In his first full season as Connecticut's every-down back, Todman ran 302 times for 1,574 yards with 14 touchdowns. He guided the Huskies to an 8-4 record, Big East championship and New Year's Day date against Oklahoma in the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl.
Todman was named Big East Offensive Player of the Year and had nine 100-yard games.
