Luke Joeckel

Offensive tackle | Texas A&M

Joeckel has been as consistent as they come this season. He has been a stellar pass protector, rarely getting beat by opposing defensive ends, even in the uber-talented SEC. He and right tackle Jake Matthews are two of the biggest reasons redshirt freshman quarterback Johnny Manziel had the type of season he did. The 6-foot-6, 310-pound junior's performance earned him the Outland Trophy. He is Texas A&M's first player to win the award. Joeckel anchored an offensive line that paved the way for the Aggies to rank No. 3 in the nation in total offense (552.3 yards per game) and third in scoring offense (44.7 points per game).
