Taylor Lewan

Offensive tackle | Michigan

He trimmed his weight, increased his strength and is treating his last year in college as if he were an NFL player. All of this was decided after Michigan left tackle Taylor Lewan surprisingly chose to return to college for his final season instead of heading to first-round riches in the pros. Now with elite strength to go along with his ability to block the run and pass equally well, the Outland Trophy candidate will block junior quarterback Devin Gardner's blind side. The 6-foot-8, 308-pound Lewan has started the past three seasons at left tackle and has matured from a penalty-prone tackle into a leader who rarely gets penalized and even more seldom allows a sack.
