25. Baylor

The Bears, who've featured offensive skill players second-to-none in the Big 12 in recent years, might quietly enter the 2013 season as one of the nation's sleeper squads. Running back Lache Seastrunk spent the offseason using his mouth to insert himself into the Heisman race. Now his feet will have to do the talking and, fortunately for him and the Bears, they can. Safety Ahmad Dixon returns to lead a defense that will need to improve after finishing in the bottom half of the conference in scoring defense, passing defense, run defense and total defense. If BU plans to make any noise in the Big 12 and beyond, the defense will have to start shouldering its share of the load. -- Brandon Chatmon
