Potts and Taylor Sheffield will compete for the right to take over the quarterback position outright in 2010, with new head coach of the Red Raiders, Tommy Tuberville, telling Richard Durrett of ESPN.com, "We'll have one quarterback. You need one where everyone looks at this guy as the guy and one that will win games for us." (Feb 7)
