Research Notes

USC has won five straight regular season weekday games including its season-opener against Hawaii on September 29. Over the last 10 seasons, USC is 6-1 (.857) in regular season games played on weekdays, the best record among all Pac-12 schools (Arizona is 5-6) and the best in the FBS among teams to play at least seven such games. The Trojans' lone loss over that span came in 2008 when they were No. 1 and were upset by Oregon State.
