SAN MARCOS, Texas -- George Bradley threw three touchdown passes and Texas State piled up 254 rushing in a 34-10 win over Nicholls State on Saturday.
Bradley was 10-of-14 passing for 136 yards and no interceptions. Stan Zwinggi ran for 72 yards and a touchdown on 12 carries for Texas State (7-4, 4-2 Southland). Alvin Canady ran for 54 yards on nine carries.
After Nicholls State (2-6, 2-4) took a 3-0 lead, the Bobcats scored 24 points in the second quarter for a 24-3 halftime lead.
Texas State outgained the Colonels 407-238 in total offense.
