KENT, Ohio -- Spencer Keith threw for 281 yards and three touchdowns to help Kent State hold off Central Michigan 24-21 on Friday night.

Keith completed 17 of 31 passes and didn't have an interception for the Golden Flashes (3-7, 2/3 Mid-American). Matt Hurdle had three catches for 102 yards and a touchdown, and Trayion Durham ran for 90 yards on 18 carries.
Ryan Radcliff was 26 of 42 for 316 yards and three touchdowns for Central Michigan (3-7, 2-4). He also threw two interceptions. Titus Davis had 10 catches for 192 yards and two touchdowns for the Chippewas.
Keith threw a 25-yard touchdown pass to Chris Gilbert to give Kent State a 21-14 lead early in the fourth quarter, and the Freddy Cortez added a 34-yard field with 7:27 left.
Radcliff cut it to 24-21 with a 52-yard touchdown pass to Davis with 5:52 remaining.
