PORTLAND, Ore. (AP)- DJ Adams rushed for 107 yards and three touchdowns as Portland State coasted to a 57-17 win over Eastern Oregon Thursday Night at Jeld-Wen Field.
The Vikings cruised to a big lead by shutting out the Mountaineers 36-0 in the first half. Adams ran for two first half touchdowns and Kieran McDonagh threw for two more.
Roston Tatum had three catches for 159 yards including an 80-yard touchdown in the second quarter.
Shaq Richard ran for 107 yards and Justin Lilley added 88 and a touchdown.
Despite losing four fumbles and committing 16 penalties on the night, the Vikings totaled 672 offensive yards with 405 on the ground.
