NORMAL, Ill. (AP) -- Levi Dyer scored 20 points and Osiris
Eldridge added 18, including three free throws in the final seconds
to lead Illinois State to a 67-64 overtime victory over Northern
Iowa on Tuesday night.
The Redbirds (9-7, 1-4 Missouri Valley) led 59-56 after Dyer hit
two free throws with 12 seconds left in regulation. But after
Northern Iowa's Grant Stout missed a 3-pointer, Dyer went back to
the line and missed. Brooks McKowen then made a 3-pointer for
Northern Iowa with one second left to send the game into overtime.
