GRAMBLING, La. -- Bruna Foster scored on a 34-yard interception in the fourth quarter to lift Grambling State to a 14-5 win over Jackson State on Saturday night.

The Tigers (2-2) took a 7-0 lead in the first quarter when J.P. Tillman threw a 46-yard touchdown to Nick Lewis. Jackson State (1-3) scored on a safety and Eric Perri made a 26-yard field goal to cut the lead to 7-5 in the second.

But Foster's 34-yard interception for a touchdown with 44 second left in the game put the game out of reach for Grambling State. Cornelius Walker led the Tigers with 57 yards rushing on 12 carries, while Tillman threw for 100 yards.

Trae Rutland, who completed 20 of 34 passes, threw for 255 yards but had two interceptions for Jackson State. Bloi-dei Dorzon was held to 24 yards rushing on 17 attempts.
