SAN DIEGO -- Mason Mills threw two touchdown passes and Ryan Costa had an 88-yard interception return for a score, leading San Diego to a 30-10 win over Western New Mexico on Saturday night.
Mills threw both TD passes to freshman Brandon White. The first was a 24-yarder less than three minutes into the game, the second a 42-yarder early in the fourth quarter.
Kenny James ran for 90 yards and a TD on 12 carries for the Toreros (2-0).
