Hawkeyes starting 2nd half quickly

No. 4 Iowa scored on its first possession thanks to this 29-yard TD from Jordan Canzeri, extending the lead over Nebraska to 21-10 in the 3rd quarter. (Live on ABC/WatchESPN)

Some breathing room for the Hawkeyes. That felt like a decisive series of events -- defensive stop, solid punt return, 29-yard Jordan Canzeri TD run. We'll see, but it was definitely too easy for No. 4 Iowa, which leads Nebraska 21-10.

Other than the ejection of Gerry, final minutes of the first half go as a win for Nebraska after its failed fourth down. Iowa had outscored foes 44-3 in the last two minutes this year and got nothing despite momentum. Nebraska FG cuts lead to 14-10.
