Utah running back Joe Williams, in his second start for the Utes, has already gone over 100 yards. Has 128 (8.5 yd/rush) in the first half. His production has been crucial since QB Travis Wilson has only completed 39 percent of his passes as well as one TD and one INT.

Colorado with an impressive first quarter but same Achilles heal - finishing. Buffs execute an 87-yard drive but throw an interception in the red zone. Nelson Spruce - through one quarter - has already surpassed five of his game totals from this season. But Utes still hold a 7-0 advantage.
