Maryland Terrapins
Road to the Final Four.............................................................................................
Overview The Terps, who finished in the middle of the pack in the ultra-competitive ACC, are very athletic and have weapons inside and out. The offense is deliberate and Maryland likes to pound the ball on the block to Deedee Warley, who has good quickness and strength. Outside, rookie point guard Kiki Wimbush plays alongside 3-point shooter Marché Strickland. Wing Renneika Razor is lightning quick and an excellent defender for veteran coach Chris Weller.Player to WatchJunior forward Deedee Warley, who scored 26 points in a losing effort in the ACC quarterfinals, is the Terps' second-leading scorer, averaging 13.6 points and 6.4 rebounds per game. She was voted to the All-ACC tournament second team and earned third-team honors for the regular season. Roster NO.
