Overview The Pioneers surprised a lot of people by posting a 20-win season and a second-place finish behind Louisiana Tech in the Sun Belt Conference. Pam Tanner picked up Coach of the Year honors for her work on the sideline. Senior forward Michaela Pavlickova led the league in rebounding and was named Player of the Year.
