Road to the Final Four.............................................................................................
Overview
Coach Jim Davis always has the Tigers playing tough defense, and this year they've got good quickness on the perimeter. All-ACC selection Chrissy Floyd is a solid scorer and defender. The Tigers, who can afford to take chances with 6-foot-4 Erin Batth patrolling the paint, can also be stingy about giving up a lot of points. Forward Marci Glenney and guard Krystal Scott have come on strong. If the Tigers have someone helping Floyd carry the scoring load, they can be very dangerous. Clemson is hard-working, well-coached and athletic.Player to Watch Erin Batth, a forward/center, averaged a double-double in conference play (12.9 points, 10.3 rebounds). She is shooting 41.7 percent on the season.
