LOS ANGELES -- Cassie Harberts scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds as USC broke a three-game conference losing streak with a 68-54 win over UCLA on Saturday.
Ariya Crook added 10 points for the Trojans (15-9, 8-4 Pac-12). Kiki Alofaituli, Brianna Barrett and Courtney Jaco scored eight points apiece.
USC went 13-4 to start the first half and led 33-20 at the break. Jaco hit a 3-pointer at 15:30 in the second to expand the Trojans lead to 21, 46-25. Despite a 20-9 run by the Bruins that brought UCLA back to within 11 with 4:11 left to play, USC had little to do but hold on for the win.
Overall, the Trojans hit 43.1 percent from the field, 46.7 percent from the line and 38.5 percent from 3-point range.
Atonye Nyingifa led the Bruins (11-13, 5-7) with 25 points and nine rebounds.
