Vitals: 5-foot-8 senior guard
2000-2001 stats: Starting all 30 games this season, Ivey averages 12.2 (third-best on team) points and 4.2 rebounds. But most impressive is Ivey's play-making abilities. She has dished out 209 assists this season while committing just 95 turnovers. She also has made 74 steals ad shoots 47.8 percent (128-for-268) from the field and 45.3 percent (48-for-106) from 3-point range.
Career notes: Fifth-year senior has battled back from two ACL injuries during her career; tore her ACL in her right knee five games into her freshman season (1996-97); also suffered a torn ACL in her left knee in Notre Dame's semifinal vs. Rutgers at the 1999 Big East championship. Last season, averaged 11.2 points and led the Irish in assists (194), assist average (6.1) and steals (95, a single-season mark); was also the second-leading scorer in Notre Dame's three NCAA Tournament games 14.7 average).

Michael Jordan because of his love for the game, intensity and competitiveness.
6 What's your favorite movie?
Thin Line Between Love and Hate.
7 What's your favorite TV show?
Martin.
8 How did you get started playing basketball?
I started playing against my four older brothers.
9 Why do you wear your jersey number?
No. 33 is the same number I wore in high school.
10 What's your favorite pre-game meal?
Baked potato and a chicken sandwich.
11 What's your favorite junk food?
French fries.
12 If you could invite any three people (dead or alive) to dinner, who would they be?
Bob Marley, my grandmother and Jesus.
13 If you were stuck on a deserted island, what's the only thing you'd take with you?
My boyfriend, Javin Hunter.
14 What is the one thing you can't get through the day without?
Food.
15 If a movie was made about you, which actress would you like to see cast to play you?
Nia Long.
16 If you weren't a basketball player, what would you be?
A model or a dancer.

I'm modest and loving.
