Lights, camera, action!

(Editor's note: Duke senior Michele Matyasovsky, a member of the 2002 NCAA Tournament All-East Region team, will share a diary with ESPN.com throughout the season.)

Michele Matyasovsky
Michele Matyasovsky and Duke just notched another unbeaten ACC regular season.
Hey everyone! I decided to take a little break from packing for the ACC tournament this weekend and catch y'all up on some things that have been going on around here. Last Sunday was Senior Night for me and Sheana and it was pretty emotional. Playing in Cameron for the past four years has been such an honor, and it's sad knowing that I won't ever play there again. The game was awesome, though. We had great support from our family and friends and the whole team played extremely well. The night could not have gone any better!

Now that the regular season is over we are gearing up for tournament play and we are going back to "boot camp," as we call it. This is the time when practices become even more intense (which is hard to believe) and everyone is just so psyched.

On a less serious note, ESPN gave us a video camera again which allows everyone in the nation to see how crazy our team is. Basically we get to film whatever we want and then after we fill up a tape we send it back to them. They edit most of the stuff and put the funny clips on television throughout the NCAA Tournament.

Last year we did some ridiculous things like our "big booty dance" in the locker room, as well as wrapping Vicki in plastic wrap and then pushing her off the bed because she couldn't move. Wynter also showed her dance moves in the bowling alley. We have already done some hilarious things so make sure you watch for us in the tournament.

Just to give you a little preview of what's to come -- we took a life-sized, cardboard cutout of Coach G to the mall with us today, so you can just imagine the things we did until we got in trouble from the security guard and couldn't tape anymore! Ha Ha!

Anyway, I have to go finish packing and getting organized! I will fill you all in on the details from the ACC tournament next week!
