I just wanted to share something special with you all since I haven't been keeping up. It was sad but exciting when we honored our lone senior, Mary Jo Noon, last Thursday on Senior Night.

Mary Jo's story is somewhat funny, but it is a different story compared to everyone else. It seems like Mary Jo has been here for seven years, even though it's only been five (she redshirted her true freshman year). We tend to joke about it because she has been here so long. Even other coaches in the conference have to ask, "You are still here?! When are you leaving?" Even our Boilermaker Network members ask if she is going to stay when she graduates in May. Her reply is no! She has told them she wants to leave Indiana. But I always tell her that she will always stay here.

But on a serious note, since I have been here, Mary Jo has been nothing more than a hard worker, dedicated to her teammates and dedicated to making sure that she and her teammates have a good time. :-).

I wanted Mary Jo to know that I love her and I hope to send her out with a championship!
