Gerald Wallace started at small forward for the Brooklyn Nets Wednesday night against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

Wallace, 30, had missed Monday night's 104-73 blowout loss to the San Antonio Spurs due to a bruised left knee. He missed seven games earlier in the season due to a sprained left ankle.

Wallace is averaging 10.5 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 1.6 steals in 23 games for the Nets (16-15).

Veteran reserve Jerry Stackhouse will not play Wednesday due to a sore right hamstring. Backup point guard C.J. Watson (sore right knee) is active.
