Carmelo Anthony will play in the New York Knicks' road game Monday night against the Golden State Warriors.

Anthony, who traveled with the Knicks to California, has missed the past three games with a sore and stiff right knee, which he injured March 4 in Cleveland.

Anthony is second in the NBA in scoring at 28.2 points per game for the 38-22 Knicks, who have a 2½-game lead over the Nets in the Atlantic Division race.

Former Knicks forward David Lee was in the starting lineup for the Warriors after missing Saturday's loss to Milwaukee because of a bruised right knee.

Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.
