Osi Umenyiora played against the Dallas Cowboys as the New York Giants reached the playoffs with a 31-14 win on Sunday night.

The Giants had the defensive end back after a four-game absence due to a sprained ankle. However, Jason Pierre-Paul continued to start at right defensive end.

Wide receivers Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham were active and played as well. Both were listed as probable, as Nicks had a hamstring injury and Manningham had a knee injury.

Wide receiver Ramses Barden was inactive, despite not being listed with an injury. Rookie Jerrel Jernigan was the fourth wideout.

Tight end Jake Ballard missed his second straight game with a knee injury. Defensive tackle Jimmy Kennedy, defensive end Justin Trattou, offensive tackle James Brewer, linebacker Mark Herzlich and center Jim Cordle were inactive.
