SUNRISE, Fla. -- Two months after re-acquiring him,
the Florida Panthers on Saturday re-signed center Ryan Johnson
to a two-year contract.

Financial terms were not disclosed for the 25-year-old Johnson,
who spent most of his first three seasons with Florida before he
was traded to the Tampa Bay Lightning on March 14, 2000. He had
seven goals and 14 assists in 80 games last season before the
Lightning sent him back to the Panthers on July 10 for center
Vaclav Prospal.
