Terry Collins strongly implied that lefty reliever Josh Edgin will remain in the minors when his rehab assignment expires Sunday, while acknowledging it is the front office's decision. During a scoreless inning for Las Vegas on Wednesday, Edgin's fastball velocity was only 87-88 mph.
