The Jets and Sheldon Richardson have to be breathing a sigh of relief. After pleading guilty to resisting arrest, stemming from a high-speed chase with cops last July in St. Louis, Richardson could've been slapped with a multi-game suspension. He got off easy with a one-game ban. It'll cost him one game check -- $104,471. This will be the second straight year he misses the opener. He served a four-game suspension last year for a marijuana violation.
