Marc Staal may have concussion

NEW YORK -- Rangers defenseman Marc Staal left the Rangers' 4-3 overtime loss to the Devils during the third period Saturday night and did not return.

After the game, coach Alain Vigneault said that Staal took a hit to the chin and "didn't feel quite right" after the play. Vigneault did not confirm whether or not Staal had sustained a concussion but said that he will be further evaluated Saturday night.

Staal was sidelined for 36 games with a concussion in the 2011-12 season. ...
