Victor Cruz leaves with concussion

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz suffered a concussion and a sprained knee in the third quarter of Sunday's 23-0 loss to Seattle and did not return.

With the Giants trailing 16-0 late in the third quarter, Cruz went up to grab a high pass from quarterback Eli Manning and landed on his head. He did not get up right away and walked gingerly back to the sideline before heading to the locker room for further evaluation.
