Derek Jeter not traveling with Yanks

NEW YORK -- New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter will not be with the team when they travel to Chicago and Cincinnati for a six-game road trip starting this weekend.

Jeter, on the 15-day disabled list with a calf strain, will instead travel to Tampa to remain under the care of team doctors while he rehabilitates the injury.
