Brandon Dubinsky agrees to deal

Talks between the New York Rangers and Brandon Dubinsky thawed just before their scheduled arbitration hearing Thursday, with the sides agreeing to terms on a new contract.

The forward gets a four-year deal, with an annual salary cap hit of $4.2 million, a source told ESPN.com's Scott Burnside.
