Giants add CB Brian Williams

EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ -- The New York Giants signed cornerback Brian Williams on Wednesday to help their depleted secondary.

Williams, who played for the Atlanta Falcons the past two seasons but has battled knee injuries, worked out for the Giants on Wednesday in a group of four corners that included veteran Lito Sheppard.
