Isles' Rick DiPietro won't dress

UNIONDALE, N.Y. -- New York Islanders goaltender Rick DiPietro did not dress for Thursday's 5-1 win against Tampa Bay after taking a puck to the face mask in practice Wednesday.

DiPietro backed up Al Montoya in the Islanders' first two games this season.

DiPietro, whose laundry list of injuries seems as long as his 15-year contract, will be re-evaluated Thursday. Coach Jack Capuano said doctors have not ruled out a concussion.
