Brandon Jacobs, Justin Tuck out

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- The New York Giants will take the field Sunday without several key starters against the upstart Buffalo Bills.

The team has ruled out running back Brandon Jacobs, defensive end Justin Tuck and right guard Chris Snee for Sunday. Fullback Henry Hynoski also is out.

Buffalo nose tackle Kyle Williams is among five Bills starters who are inactive.
