Rutgers ready for backyard bowl game

Knights return to Yankee Stadium, this time for Pinstripe Bowl against Iowa State

NEW YORK -- Yankee Stadium is all dressed up and ready for one more big game in 2011.

Rutgers (8-4, 4-3 Big East) and Iowa State (6-6, 3-6 Big 12) will clash for the first time, in the second annual New Era Pinstripe Bowl on Friday (3:20 p.m. ET on ESPN). And the Scarlet Knights are hoping to have a significant home-field advantage after selling out their official allotment of more than 13,000 tickets.
