Source: David Diehl has finger surgery

New York Giants offensive lineman David Diehl underwent surgery to repair a broken finger, a source confirmed to ESPN NewYork.com.

"Well it's good to know that my hand and finger are now fixed. Does anyone need screws?" Diehl tweeted Monday, along with a picture of an X-ray, which shows several screws inserted in the broken finger.
